Full paper submission

Please note that the full version of the accepted abstracts will be eligible for submission (through a regular peer-review process) to a special issue of the Institute of Physical Energetics 'Latvian Journal of Physics and Technical Sciences' (Impact Factor 0.5; CiteScore 1.5) devoted to this conference.
